Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a product exchange, credit card refund or refund check for products returned due to allergy, defective product, or product damaged in shipment. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs, and items must be received before the refund or exchange can be processed.

Please Note: We do not accept returns on products that were purchased through any unauthorized retailer of Lillie Sabine products. If you have any questions about our authorized retailers, please contact us at ryan@lilliesabine.com.

You may return your items using the courier of your choice. Lillie Sabine unfortunately cannot be responsible for product returns lost during shipping.

For Purchases Directly from Lillie Sabine Website: If the item you wish to return was purchased directly from the Lillie Sabine website in the last 30 days, please send the product back to us for refund or exchange. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. Unfortunately we do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs, and items must be received before the refund or exchange can be processed.

Please include the following with your return:

  • Your name, shipping address and phone number
  • Reason for return
  • Indication of whether you would like to exchange the product, or you would prefer a credit towards another product.
  • If you would like a refund, please provide the credit card number, expiration date and security code or indicate that you would like for us to contact you via phone to collect that information so that we may issue your refund.
  • If you would like a refund check, please allow at least four (4) weeks to process that check.

For Purchases from an Authorized Lillie Sabine Retailer: If the purchase was made from an authorized retailer rather than from the Lillie Sabine website, we encourage you to work directly with that retailer to determine if your product is eligible for return or exchange under their policies.
